Can I get a short-term loan from Net Pay Advance?
We provide short-term personal loans to multiple states where we are licensed to operate. If you’re wondering more about approval, you’ll have to apply on our website. The good news though is that we do not check your credit. It makes no difference to us whether your credit score is good or bad; we’re here to provide financial relief to those who need it. We understand that almost everyone goes through a rough patch at some point in their life, and we just want to help.
Where do I go or how do I apply?

What do I need in order to apply?
You must live in in one of the states we’re licensed, be at least 18 years old, have an email address, and have a bank account in your name that’s been open and active for at least 30 days.
What types of income do you accept?
We accept paychecks as well as Social Security, Retirement, and Pension!
How will I know if I am approved?
You will receive an email letting you know whether your loan request was approved. To speak with a representative regarding the status of your loan, you can call us at 1-888-942-3320.
When and how do I get my money?
We make our application process easy! You don’t even have to leave your couch. You can simply visit our website, click on the ‘APPLY NOW’ button and fill out the application. Approved applicants who have a valid debit card on file qualify for instant funding. If you do not have a valid debit card on file and your loan application is approved by 7:30 PM CT/5:30 PM PT, you will receive your funds the next business day through ACH. When the funds arrive depends on which bank you have, but funds are typically available by 10:00 AM CT/PT.
Approved applicants who do not have a valid debit card on file and submitted an application after 7:30 PM CT/5:30 PM PT on Friday through Sunday will receive funds on the following Tuesday. In addition, National Bank Holidays delay ACH funding by one business day because your bank is likely closed.
When is my payment due date?
Your loan due date will depend on your product and determined repayment schedule. You can find your due date listed in your account details. Please call our customer support team for assistance.
How do I extend my due date?
Your due date can be extended one time for free depending on your loan type. You can extend the due date by signing into your account, clicking on ‘CHANGE DUE DATE’, selecting your preferred due date, then clicking the ‘OK’ button.
How soon can I reapply?
If your loan is paid in full using a debit card, you can reapply that same day! If your loan is paid in full using electronic check, you can reapply in four business days.
How safe is Net Pay Advance?
We understand your concern. At Net Pay Advance we take your personal and financial safety seriously. We use the latest security software and carefully handle all private information. We also provide info on how to keep yourself safe from scam and fraud as well as an article on what to do if you ever find yourself a victim of fraud or identity theft.
What happens if I default on my loan?
We know sometimes life happens. Your account will be sent to our in-house Collections team, who will work with you to set up a payment arrangement. Once your loan is paid in full you will be eligible to reapply. Pay off any past due balances as soon as possible by logging into your account or calling us at 1-888-942-3320.
Why do you need my bank login?
It allows us to communicate with your bank and obtain a read-only bank statement. We don’t have access to your bank account or your login information. Our system is safe. It operates at bank level security using the same 128-bit encryption as your bank. Usernames and passwords are never displayed, viewed, or stored.
How do I fill out my bank information?
You can set up your bank account information once you sign-in or make an account. Go to ‘BANK VERIFICATION’ click ‘START BANK VERIFICATION’ and then follow the prompts. We have more information on this subject here.
