If you are ever crunched for time or just aren’t much of a cook, trying out easy three ingredient recipes might be the solution for you. Blow your family and friends away with these delicious recipes that take no time at all to prepare. Each recipe only contains three ingredients and none of the recipes take longer than 15 minutes from start to finish; they are that easy and simple.
- One cup oats
- One banana
- One egg
Blend the oats, banana and egg together and you’ve got pancake batter. Cook the pancakes around 1-3 minutes on each side on medium to low heat. Add syrup and/or butter and serve!
- One cup peanut butter
- One cup sugar
- One egg
If you need something to satisfy your sweet tooth, this recipe is for you. Mix the peanut butter, sugar and egg in a glass bowl. Then place one tablespoon size amounts on a cooking sheet; if you want them to look like peanut butter cookies take a fork and press the cookie down using the back of the fork. Cook them at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 7-10 minutes.
Date energy balls
- 10-15 pitted dates
- Roughly 1 cup of oats
- 3 tablespoons of peanut butter or almond butter
I like to consider this recipe a healthy but energy packed snack! Mix together the dates, oats and choice of nut butter in a food processor. You don’t want to pulse too many times because you want to mixture to be slightly sticky, but don’t want it to turn into a paste. Rolls the mixture into balls around the size of golf ball or slightly smaller and you have energy balls!
- 1 package of crescent rolls
- 1 jar of Nutella
This one might be the simplest of all the recipes! Simply take the crescent rolls and unroll them on a baking tray. One at a time, take a roll and place around a teaspoon size amount of nutella onto the wider side of the roll. Roll up the roll towards the thinner side. Cook the rolls according to the directions on the package of crescent rolls.
- 1 tub Cool Whip
- 1 box vanilla pudding
- 1 box Oreos
Start by mixing the cool whip and the vanilla pudding mix together. You will then want to crush the Oreos; depending on how many Oreos you like in your fluff will determine how much of the package you use. If you love Oreos, use the entire package! Once you have the crushed Oreos, mix them into the pudding, cool whip mixture and you have Oreo fluff.
