Bilingual Customer Service Advocate

As a Bilingual Customer Service Advocate, you will be require to provide exceptional customer service while processing and responding to applications, inquiries, and complaints.

 

OPERATIONS TEAM MEMBER
  • Reports to Customer Service Manager

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Strong understanding and application of general customer service principles and practices
  • Interpret customer inquiries and apply appropriate internal processes to meet customer needs
  • Communicate effectively with customers through multiple forms of communication
  • Respond clearly, effectively and with a sense of urgency to customer inquiries and/or concerns
  • Prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Exhibit flexibility with a positive attitude
  • Comprehensively meet the needs of each customer
  • Address and resolve customer complaints; direct unresolved issues to management
  • Process applications, forms, and customer paperwork as needed
  • Capable of analyzing, and interpreting documents and statements in a highly detailed manner
  • Perform customer verifications and assist in setting up new customer accounts
  • Maintain and update customer accounts as needed
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Maintain confidentiality

 

QUALIFICATIONS / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • General knowledge of administrative procedures
  • Ability to easily type and navigate computer applications
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time
  • Ability to view a computer screen for long periods of time
  • Ability to wear a headset for long periods of time
  • Ability to adhere to set break schedules
  • Ability to comprehend and process multiple requests independently

 

LANGUAGE SKILLS
  • Ability to reiterate requests, processes, and resolutions back to the customer
  • Native Spanish and English proficiency is required
